Outreach Targeting
Where planned outreach lands against the topics whose spread is driven by moral outrage rather than information gaps.
No delivered-campaign dataset exists yet — Phase 0 of the roadmap commissions it. Every activity below is a planned intervention from the Activity Roadmap. Topic priority is derived arithmetically from the evidence-backed public-health harm and outrage-load fields, then adjusted by what the weekly evidence review currently holds for that figure — a contradicting study raises urgency, several recent agreeing studies lower it. Nothing here is estimated. Outrage-driven topics do not respond to accuracy corrections, so an accuracy-family activity aimed at one is counted as mismatched.

Priority = public-health harm (high 3 / medium 2 / low 1) × affective amplification (outrage 3 / fear 2.25 / curiosity 1.5 / neutral 1), scaled to 100. Method: Spread Mechanism. Weights follow McLoughlin et al., Science 2024 and WHO systematic review, 2022.

Top-left is the intervention hot zone: outrage-driven and identity-spread. Accuracy prompts underperform there.
